SuO-Glu-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE (NHS-Glutarate-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE) is a cleavable ADC linker–payload system consisting of a SuO-Glu-Val-Cit-PAB peptide linker and the microtubule-disrupting cytotoxic payload MMAE. This ADC building block is widely used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates for cancer research, where the Val-Cit-PAB motif enables enzyme-cleavable release of MMAE inside target cells, supporting highly potent, targeted delivery in preclinical ADC discovery and optimization workflows.
