SNAP-tag is a self-labeling protein derived from human O6-alkylguanine-DNA-alkyltransferase. SNAP-tag reacts with covalently with O6-benzylguanine derivatives. SNAP-DOTA Ligand can be used to attach DOTA moiety to protein. DOTA has been used in many different diagnostic and therapeutic applications, such as MRI contrast agents, PET and SPECT imaging agents, and radiotherapeutic agents.
