Vepdegestrant (ARV-471) is a PROTAC protein degrader for breast cancer. Vepdegestrant facilitates the interactions between estrogen receptor alpha and an intracellular E3 ligase complex and leads to degradation of ER in ER-positive breast cancer cell lines.
