Rapamycin-LC-fluorescein is fluorescein labeled rapamycin.  It is  an excellent fluorescent probe to characterize FK506-binding proteins.  It has moderate affinity for the FK1 domains of FKBPS1 (177 nM) and FKBP2 (469 nM) and  is suitable for high-throughput screening .
